dirty room limited space
the location was acceptable! the staff was helpful.
I encountered some problems. the room wasn't properly cleaned, there were hairs in the bathroom. the toilet didn't flush well. It was quite INCONVENIENT. there was also limited space for storing clothes.

helpful staff cappuccino machine water dispensers
The staff provided helpful service. i liked the cappuccino machine in the lobby, a nice addition. Filtered water dispensers with to-go bottles were available. I thought that was handy for taking water during the day. The location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The parking situation was a little tricky given the limited options for larger vehicles.

The room was clean, AND it had a comfortable bed. A kitchenette included a microwave and a refrigerator that was very practical. The air conditioning worked silently.

The receptionist was impeccably helpful. ALL staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and energetic. Housekeeping offered an excellent service, the room remained tidy throughout the stay.

The location is very central. It is in the heart of the historic Freedom Trail. The hotel is five minutes from the subway, facilitating access to other parts of the city.

A sitting room on the ground floor had a coffee machine. This machine made coffee, tea, and cappuccinos. Luggage storage was offered after checkout. The luggage was held until the evening flight.

Central and Convenient Stay
central location quick upgrade generous voucher
The hotel's central location. Juberto, the evening manager, promptly upgraded my room to a suite (what a nice surprise!). I also received a voucher for the attached restaurant, Elephant and Castle. I found this gesture addressed initial issues very well.
The shower was quite small. A curved curtain rod would improve this situation considerably.

The reception staff offered quick assistance with check-in and luggage storage. The staff also answered questions about local attractions and directions (very helpful!). Their prompt responses added to the overall efficiency of the hotel.
